Local USGA Rules and Guidelines

All Members and Guests must register in the clubhouse.
ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE. (Coolers are available)
Proper attire required. No tank-tops, cut-offs, or sleeveless shirts. Soft spike golf shoes only.
Group Restrictions: From April 1 to August 31: No more than four players per group, unless permission is granted by Clubhouse. (Special Consideration may be granted for events). From September 1 to March 31: Fivesomes and Sixsomes are allowed any day.
Guest Restrictions: On Saturday and Sunday during prime golf season, from May 1 to September 30, guests will not be permitted until after 10:00am unless their group of two, three, or four players has at least one Country Club Member in the group.
Monday,Tuesday, and Thursday evenings during League golf season, the course is reserved for league players between the hours of 3:30pm and 7:30pm.
Golfing groups waiting on hole #1/10 MUST yield to a group coming off hole # 9/18 in an alternating rotation.
Slower players MUST allow faster players to play through.
Golf Cart Operators must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver license to rent and/or operate ANY golf cart on Country Club property.
Golf cart operators are responsible for any course, cart, or property damage caused by improper cart operation.
No more than two individuals per any PCC rental cart.
Obey all golf cart signs that direct where to drive carts.
Drive carts on CART PATH ONLY when sign is displayed on #1/10 tee.
Holes #8/17 and #9/18 are CART PATH ONLY.
Keep golf carts a minimum of 50 yards from all greens.
Rental Carts must be returned to the Clubhouse before sundown.
A $10 per day trail fee applies to private carts operated on Country Club property.
Each player must have his/her own set of clubs. Rental Clubs are available.
Replace all divots (sand bottles available) and repair ball marks on the greens. Please return rakes to the sand bunkers.
During inclement weather conditions, the Clubhouse staff will sound a horn warning players to seek shelter for safety reasons. Please immediately leave the course and return to the Clubhouse.
All Golfers must use proper golf etiquette. Abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. All players must heed direction of Course Superintendent, Clubhouse Staff, Course Marshal, or Board Member.
Winter Rates: From November 1 to March 31, a Drop Box located under the deck will be utilized for payment of greens fees and cart rental fees when the Clubhouse is not open. Winter Rates are $10 per person per day for greens fees, and $10 per person per day for cart rental. Please allow the frost to dissipate from the greens before golf commences.
Any French Drain and/or ditches that have visible signs of rock to prevent erosion (holes
# 1/10, 7/16, 8/17) allows a player to receive a free drop from the drain or ditch, within one club length of the outer edge of the obstruction, no closer to the hole.
USGA rules will apply. Course includes hazards marked by red or yellow stakes, and Out of Bounds areas are marked by white stakes, white fences, or white paint. Local Rules include three Drop Areas and a Foul Pole explained below.
Hole # 1/10 includes Out of Bounds marked by a white fence on left side of fairway and Interior Out of Bounds marked by white stakes on right side of fairway.
Local Rule: A drop area is provided for pace of play and safety located to the right of the green when a ball is in the lateral hazard behind the green. Add one stroke and continue play.
Hole #2/11 includes a water hazard marked by yellow stakes. Out of Bounds marked by a white fence on the left side of fairway. Interior Out of Bounds marked by white stakes on right side of fairway. Any ball closer to the hole than the last white stake is considered in play.
Hole # 3/12 Out of Bounds marked by white stakes on left woods area. Interior out of bounds does not apply.
Hole # 4/13 includes a water hazard marked by yellow stakes. Out of Bounds marked by white stakes at woods area left of fairway and green.
Hole # 5/14 Local Rule: A drop area is provided for pace of play and safety to the right of the green when a ball is in the lateral hazard behind the green. Add one stroke and continue play.
Hole # 6/15 includes a water hazard marked by yellow stakes. Interior Out of Bounds does not apply.
Hole # 7/16 includes a water hazard marked by yellow stakes. Interior Out of Bounds does not apply.
Hole # 8/17 Out of Bounds is marked by white paint on the outside of cart path on the left of fairway and the fence behind the green. The cave is a lateral hazard marked by red stakes. Local Rule: A drop area has been provided for pace of play and safety near the fence to the right of the green when a ball has entered the cave hazard. Add one stroke and continue play.
Hole # 9/18 Out of Bounds marked by white paint on the cart path in front of Clubhouse. The cave is a water hazard marked by yellow stakes.
Local Rule: Allows a player the option to re-tee or drop back from the fence maintaining line of flight when ball has entered the hazard. Add one stroke and continue play.
Local Rule: A white Foul Pole is located behind and to the right of the cave. The flight of the ball must remain to the left of the pole to be “in play”. If out of bounds, re-tee, add one stroke and continue play.
